Your Responsibilities Technical Project Management (approx. 60%) - Plan and execute small to mid-sized investment projects with direct impact on production and business performance - Perform process engineering calculations and optimize plant operations - Conduct feasibility studies for new installations or modifications, including cost estimation, scheduling, and functionality assessment - Support production adjustments and product launches - Ensure responsibility for project costs, timelines, and performance Concept Development (20%) - Develop and evaluate technical solutions, including analysis of advantages and disadvantages Team Coordination & Resource Management (10%) - Organize and coordinate internal and external resources for timely and professional project execution Process Optimization & Knowledge Transfer (10%) - Optimize process flows and implement improvements - Ensure effective transfer of know-how Your Profile - Technical degree (Bachelor or Master preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering - Experience in technical project management within an industrial environment (pharma or chemical industry is a strong advantage) - Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of complex processes - Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style - Innovative mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) What We Offer - An international and innovative working environment - Diverse technical projects with direct impact on production - A challenging role with responsibility - Potential contract extension depending on project needs Interested?
