Our client, a well-established mid-sized manufacturing company, is looking for a motivated professional with a background as a Bauführer or Bauleiter to join their growing team as a Key Account Manager (m/w/d). This role offers excellent home-office possibilities, allowing you to balance autonomy with impact.
Your Responsibilities
1. Maintain and grow existing client relationships (construction companies, architects, engineering offices and steel distributors).
2. Take full responsibility for assigned projects—from initial contact to successful acquisition.
3. Identify and win new business through targeted, project- and customer-specific consultations.
4. Create and present tailored offers and manage contract negotiations.
5. Coordinate production schedules in close collaboration with clients and internal teams.
6. Provide expert support throughout the entire client journey.
Your Profile
7. Background as Bauführer or Bauleiter.
8. A few years of hands-on experience in a similar role—required.
9. Sales experience is a plus, but not a must.
10. Fast learner who stays calm under pressure and thrives in organization and communication.
11. Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
12. Fluent in German is a must.
