Your Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the European strategic development of Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem in collaboration with key vendor partners.
* Promote cross-selling activities between devices and licenses.
* Develop and implement strategic marketing actions in partnership with Microsoft's EMEA MTR and Commercial PC teams.
* Support sales teams across countries, share best practices, and develop cross-country marketing programs.
* Monitor key performance indicators such as market shares, sales growth, etc.
* Broaden and expand vendor portfolio within existing and new ALSO countries.
* Participate actively in shaping the company's strategic direction in collaboration with CoC Management and Regional Leads.
* Maintain product knowledge through continuous enhancement and event participation.
Your Profile:
* University degree or equivalent qualifications.
* Relevant experience and knowledge of the IT market, preferably with Microsoft, PC, or collaboration solutions.
* Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, process affinity, and high level of self-motivation and responsibility.
* Experience in vendor management and business development.
* Open and accessible personality with extended networking capabilities.
* Strong analytical skills.
* International and intercultural experience is a plus.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are an asset.
