We are looking for a: Micromechanics Manager (H/F).Responsibilities:- Lead, oversee, and optimize CNC/micromechanics machining operations.- Ensure compliance with production schedules, taking into account priorities and technical constraints.- Provide technical support for: - Definition, implementation, and monitoring of machining processes. - Technical interface with clients and suppliers.- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects (process, performance).- Provide regular reporting to production management.- Unite teams around common goals, with a focus on quality and technical performance.Requirements:- Degree in micromechanics, machining, or production engineering (CFC, ES, or equivalent).- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing CNC machining, in precision mechanics and/or micromechanics.- Excellent mastery of: - CNC machines. - (GO2cam X) tools. - Electrical discharge machining (EDM) processes.- Good knowledge of SolidWorks.- Strong field sense, leadership, and ability to mobilize teams.- Excellent skills in responsiveness and decision-making in a demanding environment.Does your profile match?
