 
        
        Student Support - Procurement Department 60-80%
Pfäffikon: The Procurement team is seeking a student support to contribute to a diverse range of responsibilities. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting core procurement operations within a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with colleagues from different departments and locations.
This student role provides flexibility during studies, with work commitments of approximately 2-3 days per week during academic semesters, and the opportunity to increase to full-time hours during semester breaks. A minimum commitment of 18 months is required, ideally for several years during studies, with start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
 * Handling orders and the billing process for Global Workplace needs (e.g., laptops and accessories).
 * Support verification and approval process for invoices from various suppliers.
 * Review and update master data in global travel booking portal, and applications such as Expense Management, CRM, and Contract Management.
 * Support procurement reporting to various business stakeholders.
 * Prepare and execute yearly/half-yearly surveys sent to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
 * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for procurement applications in development.
Requirements
 * Currently pursuing studies at a university of applied sciences, ideally in Economic, IT, Supply Management or Procurement.
 * Interest in procurement and understanding of global processes and systems.
 * Proficiency in German (written and spoken) and good working knowledge of English for effective communication with stakeholders at different levels.
 * Interpersonal and collaborative skills, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-focused approach to support cross-functional teamwork and achieve objectives.
