Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Partner. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent account planning and execution skills, along with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide innovative solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders
* Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working
* Focus on customer needs and do the right thing for them
* Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
* Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
* Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
Requirements:
* 5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
* Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Ability to work with a wide range of customers, from end users to C-level
* Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
* A passion for solving customer business problems
* Must have a team-first mentality
* Business-level fluency in German and English, other European languages are beneficial
