About Our Client
International organization based in Geneva.
Job Description
* Design and build dashboards in Workday to monitor HR data quality and highlight inconsistencies.
* Develop advanced Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, to support data analysis and auditing.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Create and optimize calculated fields, custom reports, and Workday-delivered data sources.
* Analyze existing data structures and provide recommendations to enhance reporting accuracy and data consistency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday dashboards, reports, and data outputs.
* Support the broader HRIS and People Analytics teams in ad hoc reporting and data initiatives as needed.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a Workday Technical Consultant with a focus on reporting and dashboards.
* Strong knowledge of Workday's data model, reporting tools, and calculated fields.
* Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards and visualizations that drive actionable insights.
* Experience with Workday Report Writer, Workday Prism (a plus), and Workday Analytics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
