Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide desktop infrastructure support to local and regional business partners
2. Manage and support endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, and iOS devices
3. Deliver hands-and-feet support for infrastructure teams and ensure proper escalation
4. Assist with asset management and maintain accurate IT inventory
5. Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and senior management for effective service delivery
6. Ensure compliance with internal Information Security Policies and GxP qualification standards
7. Participate in local and regional IT project coordination
8. Maintain documentation related to equipment disposal and ensure timely handling
Qualifications and Experience:
9. Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
10. 7 – 9 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure services, or desktop management
11. Solid understanding of network configurations, IT systems, and common enterprise hardware/software
12. Experience in working with senior stakeholders and end-user support
13. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
14. Familiar with data center environments and local project execution
15. Fluency in English and good German skills required
16. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
