Key Responsibilities

for the Swiss market, ensuring alignment with international brand guidelines.
* Lead the full visual strategy across retail
, including seasonal campaigns, immersive in-store experiences, and targeted VM actions at the point of sale.
* Design and implement inspiring visual concepts
that enhance customer engagement and reflect brand identity.
* Monitor market and design trends
, translating insights into actionable strategies to strengthen brand perception and boost commercial performance.
* Act as a central liaison
between internal departments and national/international teams (Retail, Operations, VM, Marketing) to ensure consistent brand presentation across all touchpoints.
* Support key brand moments
, including store openings, PR events, and activations, through creative and impactful visual merchandising.
* Report regularly on VM performance
, providing insights and recommendations to improve visual impact and sales results.

* Proven ability to independently develop and implement creative VM strategies.
* A highly creative mindset combined with strong commercial awareness and a passion for dynamic, international settings.

* Proficiency in design tools and a sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and detail.
* Native German speaker with strong English communication skills.
