Job Description
As a Partner Success Coordinator, you will:
* Act as a first-level supporter for our partner program.
* Handle topics such as partner quality of service, customs payment, customer care support, and platform use consultancy (Mirakl).
* Guide partners to improve their performance via our website.
* Support payment processes, monitor partner situations, and resolve invoicing issues.
* Coordinate retail media KPIs reports and provide online success KPIs related to retail media activations.
* Manage the eConsignment contact mailbox, redirect incoming requests, and assess new leads for onboarding.
* Handle other requests, including legal matters.
* Implement partner experience initiatives, such as webinars and onboarding sessions.
* Build a community and enhance partner satisfaction by suggesting measures to ease partnerships.
Your Profile
* Degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
* Experience in customer care.
* Knowledge of Mirakl tool.
* Solution-oriented, proactive, with excellent communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
