Job Description: DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center located at 1228 E Rusholme St, Suite 1000, Davenport, Iowa, 52803-2467, United States of America. This role involves direct patient care for individuals with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, emphasizing empathy and compassion.

Position Details:
No prior dialysis experience required.
Training may occur at a different facility or clinic than your assigned home clinic.
Potential to work across multiple clinics during and after training.
Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments, monitoring and recording patient stats, and machine setup.
Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on dialysis-related topics.
Work under RN supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:
Desire to work in healthcare and care for others.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfort working around blood and needles, and mixing acids or bicarbonate.
Ability to work long hours on your feet.
Willingness to train across multiple clinics.
Healthcare certifications such as CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy are a plus.
