A HVAC Project Engineer is sought to work in a multicultural environment, enhancing experience and contributing to the development of optimized HVAC solutions tailored to site constraints.
This position involves conducting technical studies, preparing design plans, supervising and coordinating on-site teams, collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers, and managing project handovers.
The ideal candidate will possess skills in project management, HVAC technical knowledge, team coordination, quality and safety, documentation, technical software, and adaptability. A professional background in Mechanical, HVAC, Energy (or a related field) and a Master's degree with 2 to 6 years of post-graduation professional experience or a PhD with no more than 3 years of post-graduation professional experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct technical studies and design optimized HVAC solutions.
* Prepare design plans, technical specifications, budget, and timeline planning.
* Supervise and coordinate on-site teams.
* Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Manage project handovers, addressing any issues, and ensuring final acceptance.
Requirements:
* Professional background in Mechanical, HVAC, Energy (or a related field).
* Master's degree with 2 to 6 years of post-graduation professional experience or a PhD with no more than 3 years of post-graduation professional experience.
* No prior CERN fellow or graduate contract.
