About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage and qualify leads, paving the way for successful sales engagements by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our solutions can address them.
This involves:
* Engaging with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social selling to introduce our solutions, sparking interest and generating leads.
* Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-ups designed to increase customer interest in our products.
* Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs actively.
* Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
* Reporting to the Sales Manager on sales results.
* Staying up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
