Responsibilities
* Analyze the competitive landscape to derive actionable recommendations for product strategy and positioning
* Support agile, continuous development of new products, product enhancements, processes, and strategic initiatives
* Design innovative, customer‑centric pension solutions and journeys that deliver exceptional value
* Support product communication and sales activation campaigns to strengthen market impact
* Collaborate within cross‑functional teams in an agile pod environment to achieve shared goals
Your team
You will join the Pension Solutions team in Zurich as part of UBS’s Agile Delivery Organization. Our qualified and motivated team is dedicated to pension solutions and is responsible for the entire product process chain—from understanding client needs to managing the operational aspects of our pension foundations. Our product portfolio includes pillar 3a solutions, vested benefits, and 1e executive plans, all for the Swiss retirement market. We work closely with IT to develop new products and continuously optimise them throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate within cross‑functional agile teams, benefiting from flexible working methods and models.
Your expertise
* Has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago
* Has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

* Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* Is fluent in German and has excellent English skills
