ProfileCorresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Store Manager assumes the responsibility to personally represent the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique.ResponsibilitiesThe Store Manager leads the Client Advisors to the acquisition of brand and product awareness, transmitting them the brand philosophy and core values. In particular, the main responsibilities are:Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by guiding the CA team to providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines.Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and team members, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust.Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting missed opportunities to company management, allowing potential corrective actions to be implemented.Providing feedback through reports related to sales trends, customer satisfaction and competitors to boost business.Liaising with the HQ Retail Buying office to plan the best product assortment.Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines, coordinating the team in assembling or dismantling visual displays, in windows or in-store, on a regular basis.Supporting the organization of events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world, to instill and increase loyalty and to provide further ideas on CRM actions to be implemented.Managing and motivating the team in carrying out daily activities within the boutique with a sense of responsibility.Ensuring each team member receives continuous feedback and coaching through group or one-to-one meetings to promote respect and collaboration.Supervising the stock area, providing support during inventories.Ensuring that the retail operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ are respected.Maintaining direct contact with the headquarters and using the main IT applications and systems, updating any new tools such as the Xstore management system and the Salesforce CRM system.QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in retail and at least 2 years in managerial roles, preferably in luxury retail.Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of market and customers, coupled with people management and development skill.Very good knowledge of English and German is mandatory.Brunello CucinelliThe Brunello Cucinelli story started in 1978 in Solomeo, a small historical hamlet in Italy that has always been the beating heart of the company.
