Your Responsibilities
* Guide and support children in their development while organising a creative and varied daily routine.
* Plan and organise educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum.
* Collaborate closely with parents, fostering a trusting and openly communicative relationship.
* Ensure a safe and trusting environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
* Work closely with your team to maintain and further develop globegarden's high-quality standards.
What You Bring
* Completed training as a Early years Educator or equivalent social pedagogical qualification, for example: BA Early Childhood Education, CACHE Level 3, nursery teacher etc.
* Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for fostering their development.
* Team spirit, creativity, and the ability to bring the curriculum to life.
* Open and confident communication skills with parents, colleagues, and children.
* Interest in your own professional and personal development.
