Key Responsibilities
* Actively follow the investment strategy, its implementation, and the use of investment products, particularly through analysis of:
o risk data
o stock exchange transactions
o derivative usage
o management constraints
* Ensure and document the key risks communication with main actors (analyses, conclusions, and recommendations)
* Prepare corresponding reports
* Follow regulatory framework and its evolution
* Follow market news
* Participate in improving tools and reports
* Participate in establishing or adapting standards or processes
* Participate in specific projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Economics/Finance/Electrical Engineer degree
* 4-6 years experience in risk management, banking audit, finance, and/or portfolio management
* Analytical skills, systematic approach, and rigour in work
* Mastery of computer tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, programming (VBA), Tableau; ability to learn and use other software
* Native French language, very good English level oral and written
* Very good communication skills, both oral and written
* Able to work as part of a team, flexibility
* Interest in the activity of governance within a complex regulatory context and to make more efficient the tracking tools
* Knowledge of the Swiss and/or international regulatory framework a plus
* Knowledge of structures and taxation a plus
* Resident in Switzerland
