Role descriptionWe are looking for a Finance Project Manager to join our growing Finance team in Switzerland, reporting to the Global Head of Finance. In this role, you will build Arethia's Treasury function - designing processes, systems, and documentation. You will also support our international finance initiatives, including transfer pricing implementation and broader transformation projects across our global entity structure.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating structure. You will work across our entities in Germany, Switzerland, Dubai, Indonesia, and soon the United States, gaining deep exposure to international finance operations in a rapidly scaling business. For the right person, this role offers significant scope to grow with the function you help build.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent practical experience.Strong project management skills, with experience planning, tracking, and driving initiatives to completion.Experience in finance operations, such as accounting processes, month-end close, or ERP systems.Comfortable working across cultures and navigating ambiguity in a growing organisation.Based in Switzerland.Business-level communication skills in English.
