Project:
For our client, a large healthcare company based in Winterthur, we are looking for a Senior ICT Supporter (m/f/d) for the Windows 11 rollout.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
* Physical exchange of approximately 2000 clients
* Cabling
* Installation of the clients on-site with short training (or reference to the training materials)
* Return of old clients
* Easy troubleshooting
* Escalation to the project manager if necessary
Must Haves:
* Experience in implementing Windows 11 migration
* Resilient in handling user questions and unforeseen situations
* Experience with troubleshooting and dealing with questions
* Communicative and confident demeanor
* Fluent German
We are looking for both seniors and professionals
