Responsibilities
 * Coordinate and synchronize team‑crossing activities within the Agile Release Train and with internal and external stakeholders.
 * Plan, conduct and follow up PI Plannings; make dependencies visible and find joint solutions.
 * Continuously improve across team and area boundaries; evolve the organization as a whole.
 * Act as coach, facilitator and change agent; convey agile values and principles and strengthen team self‑organisation.
 * Apply modern steering approaches such as OKRs or Lean Portfolio Management in practice.
Qualifications
 * Experience as Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach or similar in a scaled agility environment (e.g. SAFe).
 * Ability to connect people, promote communication and make joint goals tangible.
 * Understanding of organizational development, change management and leadership in agile environments.
 * Perspective beyond organizational borders and sense of the big picture.
 * Passion for sustainable solutions and a positive, lively team culture.
 * Optional experience with OKRs, Lean Portfolio Management or agile scaling frameworks.
