Why Join Magnolia
This is not a narrowly scoped feature role. You will be working on foundational infrastructure that directly impacts how customers launch and operate real financial products. The problems are concrete and consequential: how to model money movement cleanly, how to expose powerful functionality safely through APIs, how to integrate with external systems without creating brittle nonsense, and how to build a platform that holds up in production.
You will have the opportunity to influence architecture, product direction, and the developer platform itself. The work spans both traditional financial rails and crypto‑native infrastructure, which makes the role unusually broad and technically interesting.
Magnolia is a remote‑first US‑based company offering competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity to work on meaningful financial infrastructure alongside a small, high‑impact team.
Equal Opportunity
Magnolia is committed to building an inclusive workplace and welcomes candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. We believe strong teams are built by people with different perspectives, and we encourage applications from candidates who may not meet every listed qualification but believe they would be successful in the role.
