OpportunityWithin our Quality team based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a: Quality Controller. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your main mission is to control our products to ensure quality. You will carry out aesthetic, dimensional, and functional checks of our products using standard control devices (Marcel Aubert, Keyence, Witschi). Very comfortable in the inspection of casing components and watch heads, you have a good command of reading technical drawings. You will also participate in the creation of control ranges and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders as well as maintain regular contact with production and suppliers, providing all useful feedback in a continuous improvement mindset. You will actively contribute to the development of the Quality Control department, particularly through the generation of inspection reports using Quick Control. In collaboration with the different production sectors, you will participate in quality meetings and working groups to ensure the follow-up of issues encountered to ensure continuous improvement of quality procedures.Your BackgroundWith a background in quality or engineering, you have several years of experience in quality control, ideally in the luxury sector. Comfortable with tools (mainly MS Office), you have a good command of Quick Control or equivalent software. Dynamic, committed, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork. An excellent communicator, you share your knowledge and collaborate effectively. You know how to take a step back to evolve procedures by proposing solutions.
