Junior FP&A - (M/F) This FP&A role is part of the central finance team with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
Responsibilities
Prepare and update budgets and forecasts in coordination with Finance Business Partners and Project Control.
Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts.
Produce monthly and quarterly financial reporting and management dashboards.
Maintain financial models used for planning and scenario analysis.
Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support business and strategic initiatives.
Contribute to analyses related to working capital, cash flow and capital allocation.
Support management and advisory board reporting.
Ensure data consistency across planning models, reporting tools and financial systems.
Participate in the ongoing SAP implementation and support the future implementation of an EPM system.
Your profile
Master Degree / Bachelor Degree in finance
3–4 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial analysis roles.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
Ability to conduct performance and scenario analyses.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
Familiarity with SAP and ERP/EPM environments in an international context.
