TotalEnergies installed its European trading hub across in Geneva, which now brings together very large teams around trading activities: TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping (T&S) and TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP). T&S is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products. Activities
The Trading business is fast‑moving, dynamic and complex: it is necessary to understand the business and react quickly.
As an Accounting Intern, you will report to the Financial Control and Accounting Manager. On behalf of T&S and TGP, your main responsibilities will be the following:
Controlling and accounting for invoices and overheads
Controlling and accounting for expense reports
Making payments, issuing invoices and expense reports
Creating counterparts for overheads
Validate bank details of third‑party overheads
Producing various analysis reports
Candidate Profile
You are pursuing a Master Degree in a Business School, in Finance or Accounting, and ideally enrolled in your final year.
You have excellent English and French verbal and writing skills.
You have strong analytical skills, a good team spirit, and a great ability to communicate.
Detail orientation, organization and rigor are essential for this position.
Excellent knowledge of Excel is mandatory; VBA is a plus.
A tri‑partite internship agreement is mandatory.
