As a Manager Nautical Recruiting, you will be responsible for ensuring a stable pipeline of accepted candidates for vacant positions on River vessels. This includes organizing, conducting, and evaluating successful assessment centers, job fairs, and career events.

You will establish and maintain healthy relationships with partner agencies and represent the company as an Employer of Choice within the cruise industry.

Your key responsibilities include verifying recruiting profiles and selection criteria with Nautical and Technical departments, conducting personal and MS Teams interviews for onboard crew and Senior Officers, and organizing and executing assessment centers.

You will participate in recruiting events on board and land-based throughout Europe, gather data, input, and control over candidate resource pools, and research competitor conditions, visa requirements, and industry trends.

In close cooperation with HR, you will run specific marketing campaigns together with the Recruiting Marketing Expert team and ensure reporting of recruiting status quo and measures at all times in line with company standards.

Maintaining business relationships with trusted networks of high-quality recruiting agencies, vocational schools, and universities is also essential to your role.

Key Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in the nautical, transportation, or tourism sector, preferably with experience in inland shipping.
">
Candidates must have excellent written and spoken communication skills, including public speaking, and be fluent in English and Dutch, with German and French being an asset.

Excellent software and analytical skills, administrative experience, and organizational skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive personality, great people judgement, professional appearance, flexibility, and stress resistance are also required.
