On behalf of our Client, an international pharma company based in canton Lucerne, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Logistics Specialist who enjoys international logistics, dealing with compliance issues and collaborating with internal and external partners.
General Information:
* Start date: ideally June 2026
* Duration: 2 years
* Extension: possible, to be discussed
* Contract: temporary contract via Randstad
* Home office: not possible, on-site role
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Coordination, organization, and monitoring of temperature-controlled air and road transport for national and international shipments
* Planning and management of shipping activities in close cooperation with clients
* Preparation of export documents (e.g., pro forma invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods certificates, etc.)
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal regulations and internal compliance guidelines
* Processing customs declarations via the ExpoVit system.
* Serving as the central point of contact for export inquiries within the company
Your profile:
* Professional experience in export and/or import
* Strong coordination and organizational skills
* Structured, proactive, and independent work style
* High quality and responsibility awareness
* Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
* Good computer skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
