Your focus will be driving competitive solutions for new RFPs and shaping tailored connectivity offerings for prospective customers. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales and Sales Engineering teams – attending customer meetings (onsite and remote)—to understand needs, align expectations, and deliver impactful, scalable solutions.You’ll lead and manage relationships with regional and global carriers, ensuring strategic sourcing, favorable commercial terms, and strong operational performance. This includes owning pricing and contract negotiations, escalating commercial issues, and conducting periodic performance reviews with suppliers to support high-quality service delivery and strategic growth.What You’ll DoCollaborate cross-functionally to assess commercial, technical, legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of new business opportunitiesServe as the go-to expert for connectivity procurement in new business bidsBe the key escalation point for carrier and customer requests related to commercial terms, ordering, and billingAct as a strategic intermediary between suppliers and customers to foster new business opportunities and long-term partnershipsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Carrier Relations, Procurement, or Bid Management5+ years of experience in commercial bid management, procurement, or telecom project managementStrong background in telecom supplier negotiations across diverse global marketsSolid understanding of network solutions including SD-WAN and MPLSFluent in English (German is a plus)A strong alignment with Open Systems’ core values: Passionate, Unconventional, Simple, CollaborativeWhat we offer:Want to join a crazy good cybersecurity team?
