About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic
Architect Project Manager
to join our team based in Geneva. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating various development and construction projects, ensuring that the company's needs are met in an efficient and innovative manner.
Responsibilities
:
 * Establish development plans to meet the company's new needs and ensure their implementation.
 * Computerize and update MSC building plans as needed.
 * Manage and regularly monitor construction sites at various locations, ensuring daily follow-up.
 * Lead construction site meetings with various partner companies and provide clear guidelines.
 * Write minutes after each site meeting to document progress and decisions made.
 * Write calls for tenders, compare bids received, and select the best service providers.
 * Follow up on awards in collaboration with the Procurement department.
Qualifications
:
 * Minimum HES architecture degree
 * 3-5 years of experience in managing development and construction projects.
 * Skills in site management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
 * Ability to work independently and make quick and effective decisions.
 * Excellent communication and writing skills
 * Proficiency in ARCHICAD software (2D/3D) is essential
 * Proficiency in computer-generated imaging software (such as Artlantis, 3DS Max, Rhino, or equivalent) is highly appreciated
 * Good command of French and English.
