On behalf of our client based in Renens, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist (f/m/d) responsible for providing on-site support, managing the entire ticket lifecycle and requests in a try & hire context, then mission. Ensure the main contact point for IT incidents and service requests, and manage the daily processing of tickets. Handle the full cycle of troubleshooting tickets (creation, follow-up, closure). Manage requests related to new joiners, external consultants, and account creation. Organize and conduct remote or on-site troubleshooting sessions, and ensure follow-up until complete resolution (reopening if necessary). Perform basic installations, initial setups, and simple troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to the internal IT team while maintaining the profile. Confirmed experience in IT support (incidents, service requests, ticketing tools) with the management of a sustained volume X. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously. Strong service orientation and proactive follow-up with structured feedback collection on proximity tasks: installations, basic setups, and regular troubleshooting (on-site and remote). Fluency in French and English is essential, residency in Switzerland required, 100% on-site position at headquarters.
