PpOur client, a global key player in Life Sciences industry, is looking for a Laboratory IT Administrator to oversee the administration and functionality of laboratory systems and applications, including onboardings, regular updates, and troubleshooting, in particular Chromeleon. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport in the upgrade of Chromeleon /liliWrite and review documents related to laboratory systems and applications (for example qualifications, SOPs) /liliSupport planned changes, deviations, and CAPA /liliEnsure that laboratory software and systems are functioning efficiently, performing expected upgrades /liliProvide technical support for laboratory personnel using scientific applications /liliTroubleshoot common issues, offer solutions, and elevate complex issues to the IT team when required /liliMaintain documentation on system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and procedures /liliMonitor and check compliance of laboratory systems and applications with (internal) regulations, as well as the higher-level / official regulations and guidelines (ISO 9001, GMP) /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliIT background, experience in "Lab IT" systems, Lab infrastructure, and with system integration and optimization in a laboratory setting /liliExperience with Chromeleon implementation and upgrades /liliExperience in performing periodic reviews /liliValidation of Lab software and commissioning, and qualification of new lab equipment /liliFamiliarity with GMP regulations, data integrity, and quality requirements /liliAbility to communicate effectively with laboratory personnel to identify IT needs, provide timely IT solutions and adapt to shifting priorities /liliKnowledge of scientific applications, such as Chromeleon or Empower, and their troubleshooting processes /liliRecognize discrepancies / Assess / Suggest (Improvements) / Execute / Contribute / Implement / Check / Coordinate /liliStrong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
