We’re looking for a motivated Stores Employee to be a key part of our Base Maintenance Facility in Altenrhein. In this hands-on role, you’ll handle aircraft parts, tools, and materials efficiently and safely – including Dangerous Goods – ensuring our maintenance teams have what they need, when they need it.
Your main tasks
 1. Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods in line with aviation standards
 2. Handle storage, internal transport, and dispatch of materials and components
 3. Pick and prepare items for production orders, maintenance, and customer service
 4. Pack, consolidate, and load shipments for air, sea, and road transport
 5. Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory checks
 6. Operate warehouse systems and ensure reliable record-keeping (ERP/EDP)
 7. Manage tools and equipment, including issuance, inspection, and periodic inventory
 8. Assist with minor maintenance on electric warehouse vehicles (e.g., battery checks)
 9. Prepare shipping documents, export papers, and ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations
 10. Support all warehouse and shipping functions as needed
 11. Communicate professionally in English and German
Your qualifications
 12. Completed vocational training as a Storekeeper / Logistician or equivalent
 13. Experience in aviation logistics or handling aircraft components
 14. Knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling (Category C preferred)
 15. Good computer skills (MS Office, warehouse/ERP systems)
 16. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
 17. Flexible and team-oriented with a proactive approach
 18. Good English and German communication skills
