Overview

Group Sales & Marketing Business Solutions Manager – We're hiring: Group Sales & Marketing Business Solutions Manager. Location: Geneva, Switzerland (with flexible remote options). Workload: 100%. Contract type: permanent.

Reporting directly to the Group Business Solutions Director and in a dotted line to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Group Sales & Marketing Business Solutions Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting mci group digital tools and platforms used by the Sales and Marketing teams. This includes managing the lifecycle of the newly launched CRM with an expanded sales scope and acting as the central liaison between HQ and local marketing teams and IT suppliers for the group’s websites. The role ensures seamless user support, training, and coordination to enhance digital adoption and operational efficiency.


What you’ll do

* CRM Support & Lifecycle Management
o Provide day-to-day support for CRM users across the organization
o Deliver one-on-one training sessions to onboard and upskill users
o Manage the CRM product lifecycle, including updates, feedback loops, and feature enhancements
o Oversee automation workflows within the CRM to improve sales productivity and data quality
o Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related issues and improvements
* Marketing Website Coordination & Business Analysis
o Serve as the interface between HQ and local marketing teams and IT suppliers to ensure smooth communication and project execution
o Centralize the management of group websites to streamline support and governance (e.g., mci-group.com, wearemci.com, and agency brand sites)
o Conduct business analysis to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose digital solutions for marketing needs
o Coordinate website updates, enhancements, and issue resolution with internal stakeholders and external vendors
o Promote consistency and best practices across all brand websites to improve user experience and operational efficiency
o Collaborate with content, brand, and design teams to maintain brand-aligned content on the website
o Be in charge of the Group Mass Mailing solution
o Provide quarterly and yearly data reports from websites to enable HQ and local marketing to understand performance, identify opportunities and inform strategy


What we’re looking for

* Masters degree in Management, Business, IT or Digital Marketing
* Min 3 years of experience in an international environment
* Fluent in English (speaking and writing); any additional language is an asset
* Strong project management and business analysis skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proven experience with CRM solutions, preferably in a sales and/or marketing context
* Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and website content management systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience in coordinating with external IT vendors and managing digital tools
* Change management skills and ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, and provide solutions for a broad range of problems
* Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud, Mailjet and Sulu is a plus
