Overview
We seek an experienced Associate to support a dynamic team in its diverse set of roles. This Associate will work closely with the leadership team to drive critical initiatives, streamline operations, and provide guidance on a wide range of business matters. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a young and influential team in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities*
1. Leadership Team Support
* Ensure the leadership team is fully prepared for key meetings
* Create leverage for the leadership team to focus on strategic thinking and value‑creating, while building routines and defining daily priorities
* Anticipate and work together with the leadership team to avert potential issues across the businesses
2. Strategic Planning and Execution
* Collaborate with the leadership team to set strategic priorities and long‑term goals
* Develop and execute key initiatives, projects, and special assignments
* Assess and prioritize opportunities, risks, and challenges for the business
3. Communications and Relationship Management
* Liaise between the leadership team and various stakeholders
* Ensure timely communication between the leadership and core team on action items, strategic decisions, and project development
* Manage communication flow and ensure timely follow‑up on action items
* Represent the leadership team in key meetings and discussions.
4. Operations and Process Improvement
* Streamline internal processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices in project management and operations
* Oversee and drive collaborative special projects
5. Research and Analysis
* Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape
* Provide insights and recommendations to support decision‑making on business opportunities
* Leverage data to inform strategic direction and operational decision‑making
6. Project Initiation & Development
* Build a structured and scalable process to diligence and incubate new projects
* Identify and bring together key stakeholders from across the company’s network
* Own the success of new projects from launch to stabilization and handover
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
* Proven experience in a leadership or strategic advisory role, preferably as a Chief of Staff, senior consultant, or similar position. Social media experience would be a plus
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities
* Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives
* High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity
