This establishment is seeking a highly skilled employee to lead the financial operations and drive the hotel’s success: Director of FinanceMISSIONS:The Director of Finance will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance, strategic financial planning, and operational efficiency through the following, but not limited to, activities & tasks:Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and cost efficiencyOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in line with regulatory standardsEnsure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and international financial standardsManage financial risks and develop strategies to enhance financial sustainabilitySupervise and lead the finance team, providing mentorship and performance managementMaintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodiesOptimize cash flow management and financial controlsCollaborate with executive leadership to support business expansion and revenue growthPROFILE:Proven experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality industryPrior experience working in African markets is requiredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance in Equatorial Guinea or similar regionsFluent in Spanish and FrenchProficiency in financial software and hotel management systemsExcellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
