Position Title: Production Support
Job Summary:
The Production Support team member is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through pre-assembly, assembly, and consumable production activities. This role ensures quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting production schedules and maintaining an organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather required component parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials for production activities.
2. Perform pre-assembly and assembly of products according to established specifications and work instructions.
3. Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
4. Produce consumable components required for the end product.
5. Read and interpret manufacturing schedules, work instructions, and units of measure.
6. Operate air, hand, and power tools safely and effectively.
7. Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
8. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
9. Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
11. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
12. Ability to read and understand production documents and measurements.
13. Strong attention to detail and quality.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
