You can spot opportunities, convert them into business success, and challenge the status quo to drive innovation and growth.Required QualificationsMinimum 5‑7 years of experience in commercial property underwriting, focusing on medium to large corporate clients.Native or fluent in both German and English (written and verbal).Proven track record of successful business development and portfolio growth.Strong technical underwriting skills with the ability to analyze complex risks.Established network with brokers and clients in the Swiss insurance market.Swiss market knowledge and understanding of local business practices.Experience with international property insurance programs and captive placements.Nice to HaveAdditional language skills (French).Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field.Advanced degree or professional insurance qualifications.Salary and BenefitsBase salary range: 136,000–204,000 CHF (full‑time). Salary is based on role requirements, scope, complexity, and individual profile, and may include performance‑based bonuses.Work ModelHybrid: You are expected to work from the office at least three days per week.
