Role Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the international sales organization to reach their objectives. The role will provide reports & analysis, drive CRM efficiency, prepare regular business reviews, help coordinate yearly sales compensation planning, develop sales processes and support sales planning & forecasting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support international sales teams requests
* Create & develop reports & analysis
* Optimize & implement CRM and sales tools
* Drive weekly CRM pipeline reviews
* Maintain & improve CRM data and processes
* Automate sales tools & tasks
* Create & coordinate sales business reviews with FP&A
* Work with the Finance team to provide Sales data to prepare business reviews
* Provide data & comments about top deals & contracts
* Support sales planning & forecasting processes
* Review & analyze sales trends for international
* Provide data about large deals & contracts
* Coordinate sales compensation planning
* Coordinate & implement yearly compensation plans for international
* Support sales quotas set-up
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree, in Business or related field is required
Desired Training and Experience Required:
* 7 years of experience in sales operation or analytical role
* Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
* Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
* Organized and detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to partner effectively across teams and levels
* Proficiency in English and written skills, other languages an advantage
* Experience working in a US company and multinational environment
