You’ll make a difference by - Developing andarticulating the overarching project vision, scope, timeline, andbudget in collaboration with executive stakeholders withinchallenging timeframes - Establishing a robust project managementframework encompassing planning, risk management, change control,and reporting processes - Providing leadership to dedicated projectmanagers assigned to specific customer groups, ensuring alignmentand consistency across the entire program - Coordinatingcross-functional collaboration between IT, operations, finance,legal, and other teams to address complex interdependencies -Proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks tomaintain project momentum - Delivering regular, concise statusupdates to executive leadership on milestones, risks, andmitigation strategies - Ensuring seamless transition to the new ITinfrastructure with minimal disruption to business operations -Building and maintaining strong relationships with diversestakeholders across multiple organizational levels - Facilitatingeffective communication between technical teams and business units- Managing expectations and driving consensus among variousinternal and external stakeholders Your defining qualities -Education - A university Master degree in IT, Engineering, BusinessAdministration, Economics or related - Experience & Skills - 5+years of experience as a senior project manager leading complex,international IT infrastructure transformation programs -Demonstrated success in delivering strategic, large-scale projectson time and within budget - Strong background in IT operations,data center management, and remote service platform implementation- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL framework and its practicalapplication in enterprise-scale IT projects - Experience withdesign and deployment of remote service platforms is highly valued- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills -Adaptable leadership style effective in challenging, fast-pacedenvironments - Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationor equivalent project management training - Experience in theSiemens ecosystem or similar international company is preferred -Ways of working - Strategic thinking with strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities - Location within a European time zone tofacilitate seamless team coordination - Languages - Fluent Englishcommunication skills, both written and verbal - German languageskills are advantageous You are much more than your qualifications,and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
