Your main responsibilities will be as follows
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Maintains the quality of the customer database through various tasks
2. Supports data analysis and purchasing behavior
Excellent in-store service
3. Contributes to the launch and operational monitoring of retail projects
4. Analyzes customer satisfaction
5. Grooming: manages uniform stock and orders
6. Consolidates store requirements, places and monitors various orders with suppliers
7. Contributes to information sharing with the Customer Relations Center (store closures and opening hours)
Retail projects and tasks
8. Contribute to various retail assignments
9. Actively support the preparation of in-store initiatives
10. Internal meetings: prepare presentation materials, write reports
Your profile
11. Business school student, bachelor's or master's degree level
12. Interest in retail and customer experience
13. Rigorous, keen eye for detail and analytical skills
14. Very good command of IT tools (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
15. Initial experience as a business analyst and/or knowledge of CRM tools are real assets
16. Good interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
17. Fluency in French and English
18. An internship agreement is required to complete this 100% internship from june 2026 to januray 2027
