To support this digitalization step, we are looking for a skilled Data Warehouse Architect to design, develop, and maintain our data infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing our data architecture and driving actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Main Tasks
* Design and develop scalable data warehouse solutions to support medical billing analytics requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Implement ETL processes using dbt to transform and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
* Design and optimize multidimensional data models for efficient analysis and reporting.
* Develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate insights derived from medical billing data.
* Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse performance issues, optimizing queries and processes for improved efficiency.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and analytics to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Data Warehouse Architect or similar role, with a focus on medical billing analytics.
* Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, multidimensional databases, and OLAP cubes.
* Proficiency in SQL programming and database management.
* Experience working with healthcare data and familiarity with medical billing is considered a plus.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within established timelines.
* English is required, German or French is a plus
