designs and commercializes instruments for single-cell cloning and 3D biology. To strengthen our field team, we are hiring a
Field Service & Application Specialist
to support customers before and after installation — both onsite and remotely.
What you will do
* Support Sales during customer demos (onsite)
* Manage the helpdesk (onsite & remote) according to our support workflow
* Perform FSE interventions (onsite & remote) following established procedures
* Update FSE procedures when needed
* Perform FAS interventions directly at customer sites
* Document and relay customer needs and field learnings internally
Time allocation (indicative)
* 2 × half-days — Helpdesk management (flexible over the week)
* 1 × full day — Customer demos / onsite support (travel)
* 1 × half-day — Remote support
What we are looking for
* Bachelor or Master in Cell Biology, Engineering or 3+ years of relevant lab experience
* Hands-on experience with cell culture & life-science automation
* Strong customer-facing communication and training skills
* Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot and document
* Willingness to travel frequently (Europe)
* Fluent English (another European language is a plus)
