As part of a permanent full-time position, we are looking for a Junior TCE Site Manager for a design, planning and site management office
Junior TCE Site Manager
- Trained as a Civil/Building/Architectural Technician ES, or equivalent
- A proven experience of at least 3/5 years in a similar position within site management in Switzerland (ideally Geneva)
- You are versatile and proactive
- You know how to manage projects by setting priorities for your contractors
- With good interpersonal skills, you know how to advise and support clients throughout the construction process
- You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and occupational safety regulations.
- You are proficient in office, design, cost study and planning software (Messerli, MS Project, AutoCAD...)
Main tasks:
- Preparation of contractor bids and awards
- Development of schedules
- Preparation of contractor contracts
- Site supervision, including costs, deadlines and quality
- Conducting handovers with clients
- Coordination of contractors and subcontractors
- Conducting site meetings with contractors and subcontractors
- Monitoring warranty work
- Final accounts
- Administrative tasks related to the site
- Invoice verification
