Your New Responsibilities
* Provide proactive high‑level administrative and organisational support to the CEO of SI Buildings in a fast‑paced international setting.
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and priorities with a strong sense of structure, transparency, and anticipation.
* Organise and steer leadership meetings, workshops, customer visits, and off‑sites, including logistics and follow‑up actions.
* Ensure all administrative requirements for key meetings are fulfilled, including effective scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and timely distribution of meeting materials and pre‑reads.
* Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including all related arrangements and logistics.
* Ensure reliable coordination and information flow across key stakeholders in close collaboration with the CEO Office.
* Independently manage confidential correspondence and communication in German and English.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes, ways of working, and coordination mechanisms within the CEO Office.
Your Skills And Experience
* Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role supporting C‑level or senior management in an international environment.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, reliability, and service orientation.
* Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Confident use of modern digital tools and workflows, particularly within the MS365 environment, including Copilot.
Location
This role is based in Zug, Switzerland. Qualified candidates must be legally eligible for work authorization in Switzerland.
