Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Project Scheduler to join our team, dedicated to the successful implementation of our projects and the delivery of high-quality support to our Clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project planning, scheduling and coordination, ensuring planning reliability, smooth execution and timely completion. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities
* Develop a programme schedule encompassing different phases and sub-projects, ensuring alignment with Client’s objectives.
* Review the General Contractor’s programme schedules and phasing plans for procurement, design, construction, commissioning and hand-over phases.
* Support the GC in the development and implementation of schedule optimization strategies to reduce project duration and enhance resource efficiency.
* Develop monthly reports and dashboards summarizing Client team activities, including schedule, cost, issues, concerns, and KPIs.
Qualifications
* Advanced university degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
* At least 7 years of experience in project scheduling within the construction industry, preferably on commercial buildings, corporate offices, and/or heritage/historical buildings.
* Proficiency with scheduling and reporting tools, including Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
* Candidates must currently be based in Switzerland, or eligible to work in Switzerland.
* Good command of English (written and spoken).

* Reporting to: Design and Construction Manager.
* Location: Switzerland (preferably Geneva or commutable to Geneva at least 3 days a week).
