You will work on cutting-edge technology for scene understanding, both semantic and geometry. You will publish original research as well as contribute to product, interacting often with productization teams. We are looking for outstanding skills both in research as well as engineering. /ph3What You’ll Be Doing /h3ulliResearch, design and implement novel techniques for 3D computer vision, including pose estimation and localization. /liliPublish original research. /liliMentor PhD students and interns. /liliCollaborate with other teams and uncover research needs within NVIDIA. /liliCollaborate with external researchers. /li /ulh3What We Need To See /h3ulliMust hold a Ph.D. in, e.g., Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics. Indicate expected graduation if you still have not defended your thesis. /lili1+ years of experience /liliExcellent knowledge of theory and practice of computer vision methods, as well as deep learning. /liliExcellent programming skills in some rapid prototyping environment such as Python; C++ and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA) is a plus. /liliKnowledge of common machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch. /liliOutstanding research track record. /liliOutstanding publication record in computer vision, regularly published at top venues CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR. /liliExcellent communications skills. /liliGood knowledge of version control systems, e.g., git. /li /ulpNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
