Are you passionate about retail, property, marketing, and live communication? If so, the role of Customer Success Manager at Spacewise could be perfect for you!

Tasks

As a member of our Customer Success team, you’ll ensure the platform runs smoothly daily. You’ll support tenants and landlords, maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering growth. Your responsibilities include:

* Account Management: Manage your client portfolio, ensure successful platform use, drive product adoption, lead pilot projects, work with key accounts, identify risks, and gather feedback on features, bugs, UX/UI improvements.
* Onboarding: Assist new clients with account setup and onboarding.
* Demos & Trainings: Provide platform demonstrations and software training.
* Operations: Handle invoicing and payment issues, including debt collection and refunds.
* Client Expansion: Review platform performance, help clients achieve goals, and identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
* Customer Support: Offer support via email, platform, phone, and help center, resolving issues quickly.
* Customer Service Automation: Help develop our customer service to maintain high quality as we grow.

Requirements

* You are driven, thrive in fast-paced environments, and quickly learn new tools.
* You have a hands-on approach and prioritize customer satisfaction.
* You work accurately and efficiently.
* You are tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and comfortable with complex problems.
* You enjoy working with customers, are helpful, open-minded, and communicate appropriately.
* You have practical experience in online sectors like customer service, sales, or project management.
* You analyze data to optimize operational metrics.
* You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, e.g., in business administration.
* Your native language is German, and you are fluent in English; French is a plus.
