At SIGVARIS GROUP, we are committed to creating an excellent working environment for our most valuable asset:Your responsibilities:Defining the vision, objectives, strategy and roadmap for the Oedema indicationAligning with R&D, regulatory, medical and sales leaders to prioritize indication focus areasContinuously developing, evaluating and managing the global product portfolioEvaluate pipeline and in-market products for strategic fit, cannibalization risk, and synergiesTranslate market insights into future product launches and manage the product life cycleDeveloping key global messages and value propositions tailored to patients, healthcare professionals and the point of saleLeading the development of global brand toolkits and campaign contentSetting and monitoring global and local product/indication performanceLeading, coaching and developing direct reports by defining and monitoring their performance and development targetsFostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, align teams around shared goals, ensuring effective communication and coordination across regionsYour qualifications:A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences or a related field would be an advantageExtensive experience in marketing, product management or business leadership within the medical devices or life sciences sector, ideally with experience in vascular or oedema-related therapiesProven track record in defining and implementing global product strategies, including portfolio management, product launches and lifecycle optimization across various regionsExperience in leading international teamsThe ability to collaborate effectively with others, interact with diverse individuals across different markets and build strong relationshipsStrong analytical skills, a networked mindset and strategic approachFluent in English; German and/or French highly valuedWillingness to travel internationally (approx. 30-40%)What we offer:Be part of an international company and contribute to people's well-being with a variety of tasks.
