About the Project
You will be part of a dynamic team working on the development and customization of a liquid handling system for an industrial customer. The project involves both hardware and software components and operates in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
Open Roles
Scrum Master
* Lead and coach the development team in Agile practices.
* Act as technical lead, supporting and motivating software developers.
* Ensure smooth Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration.
* Report to the Software Project Manager and integrate into a structured project organization.
Product Owner
* Represent the customer's interests and manage the product backlog.
* Collaborate with other POs and cross-functional teams.
* Focus on stakeholder communication and product vision.
* Less technical, ideally from a product management background.
Must-Have Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
* Experience in SAFe environments.
* Background in industrial system development (hardware + software).
* Strong understanding of process automation, industrialization, and machine control.
* Experience with medical devices is a plus.
* Familiarity with technologies such as:
* C#
* Docker (software runs in Docker images)
* RabbitMQ
* Minimum 3-5 years in similar projects.
* Ideally 5-6 years leading Scrum teams in HW/SW environments.
* Experience with software controlling hardware (any type).
Soft Skills
* Ability to thrive in complex project environments.
* Strong communication skills.
* Scrum Master: team-focused.
* Product Owner: customer and stakeholder-focused.
* Comfortable working in a triangular setup (team, customer, other teams).
