Your Tasks: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on techniques - Ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of techniques - Manage maintenance and upkeep activities - Handle various requests and small repairs - Process daily work reports, delivery slips, and purchase orders - Supervise and monitor the execution of work by companies and implement appropriate measures for different sectors - Tasks (CMMS, manage small projects in the on-call service (1 week / 5) Your Profile: - Degree X ES, vocational diploma or certificate in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or X years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the services, facility management, or technical field - Driver's license - French language (B2/C1) - Very good command of common tools (MS Office) - Strong customer focus, team spirit, and flexibility Ready for us?
