On behalf of our client a leading IT Service provider, we are looking for a Scrum Master for a permanent role.
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Bern, Biel/Bienne
Your tasks
* You are a passionate Scrum Master, motivate the team to continuously improve and help to remove obstacles on a daily basis
* Organization and moderation of Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retro, etc.)
* Taking on tasks in the context of scaled agility (e.g. participation in PI planning, support for RTE, etc.)
* Communicating the agile working method and rules to your team members
Your skills
* Good knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and solid knowledge of organizational development
* You are an empathetic, team-oriented and quality-conscious personality
* In addition to strong moderation and communication skills across all hierarchy levels, you bring steadfastness, solution orientation and negotiation skills
Your profile
* You have completed your initial training
* You have good oral and written expression in German (C1) and a good basis in English (B1) and ideally French
* Completed advanced training courses in agile methods are an advantage (e.g. Professional Scrum Master (scrum.org), Certified ScrumMaster (ScrumAlliance), SAFe Scrum Master)
* Good knowledge of tools such as miro, O365, Confluence and JIRA is an advantage
* Evidence of practical experience (at least one project and several years of experience) in a coordinating role in an agile team (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, DEV Lead)
